Our Story
We started building tackle because the factory stuff kept letting us down. Now we build it for crews up and down the coast.

How It Started
Born on the Water,
Built in the Shop
353 started the way most good things do in Ocean City — on the water, with a problem to solve. Factory-built dredges falling apart mid-run. Spreader bars that couldn't track straight. Daisy chains with crimps that popped on the first decent fish.
So we started building our own. First for ourselves, then for the boats next to us at the dock. Word got around, and before long, captains from Virginia Beach to Montauk were calling.
“No factories. No shortcuts. Just tackle that's built to get bit.”
The Journey

What Sets Us Apart
The 353 Difference
Built Where We Fish
Every piece is assembled in our Ocean City, MD shop — the White Marlin Capital of the World. We test what we build in the same waters you fish.
No Shortcuts
Commercial-grade components, hand-crimped connections, individually inspected rigging. We build tackle like our own tournament depends on it — because it does.
Your Specs, Your Timeline
Every build starts with a conversation. We match colors, configure hooksets, and rig to your exact specifications. Most builds ship in 3-5 business days.
